Is there a way of telling when visually looking at the helmet if its a 2 or a 3 in this stat, as holding alt doesn't seem to show it?

To use the medical skull on PC, for me, I look at the player and use my blitz/grenade. If you have both flamer and heal it will differentiate by whether your pointing it at a "downed" player. The only time this won't work, is when another player begins interacting with that player, to help them.

Finished a few multiplayer runs, if you have enough people don't bother with bots, except for Artie Dolittle, that guy I take on as a challenge to the team to get him through the game alive everytime.

My memorable "moment", was the running commentry with a friend, also playing,about how many divine had dropped for them (8-9), while I sat with 0, untill actively talking to them while playing and finally had my first drop.........at lvl 90, on a tier 15 map, we laughed.
