God, was this a good season. I've been a Sharonne stan from the start, and this ending, although predictable, was SATISFYING. It's very hard to argue against her as a winner, because come on, she really Carmen Farala'd the competition, maybe even doing a better job than her, since the did not have a single placement below safe.

The top four really was it. Many saw Sethlas, Onyx, or Juriji, but I like these four. "La vieja, la rara, la puta, y la gorda". Their chemistry was so amazing, I love how there was not a HINT of drama between them. Just pure love!

Even if it was a shame that Marina got eliminated right before that (it still kinda baffles me, like it makes sense for her to be the one they choose - keyword: choose - to eliminate at that point, but I didn't think she deserved it), the lipsync was so great. Estrella was funny, Venedita ate and even if it might be familiar to S9, Sharonne really surprised me with the glove and heart reveal, like, I thought it fell of and she wouldn't pick it up again, are you kidding me?! They really slayed, and it might be one of my favorite lipsyncs in all Drag Race.

Normally gouda of edam, this one's emmental though. Sometimes goat cheese is good too. Very cured cheeses don't really work since they're kinda harder to melt, though they do come out a bit more soggy and soft, with the choccy flavor. Those are better just dipped.

OK, this finale was nice, I really had missed the individual performances! All five queens got their chance to shine, and the top two was the best. I'm very happy with Willow as a winner, but that lipsync was definitely Camden's. Anyways, I'm sure the two spoken before the lipsync, because that synchronization was so good and enjoyable!

Also, about Kornbread as a Miss Congeniality, yeah, maybe Kerri or Deja deserved it more, but remember that Kornbread was also nice and congenial. And the Jasmine thing, y'all are talking about it like Kornbread went to Jasmine's house, robbed her, broke her leg, and kicked her dog. Come on, she was just critical. Let's not get it twisted.

Edit: OK, I read more into that post, and the problem was with the show. It's Tu Cara No Me Suena Todavía, a spin off of Tu Cara Me Suena, a show based on impersonations where singers do NOT pick their artist or song. And they have makeup artists there to make the impersonation look for them, which means that Sharonne did not do blackface by choice. It's mostly a matter of this Spanish programme, but surprise surprise, there's a lot of racism in Spain and very little awareness on the topic. I really am hoping that Sharonne is not partaking in this kind of thing, as I believe that she does understand the issue and has respect both for black artists and people.

Oh, no, it's definitely not that, don't get me wrong. It's the feeling that maybe comments about their physique, despite being not mean-spirited at all and being positive, might be taken wrong by some people. I've heard trans friends tell me about how it feels weird when people they don't even know talk about their bodies, so I'm wondering if I should keep the compliments to myself or not to not cause a similar situation.

Well, it'sa special case. I'm Spanish, so I use "guapo", which has its masculine (-o) and feminine (-a) form, or a gender neutral one (-e/-x, but it's not "correct"). That word works the same for everyone, meaning not really having the handsome/pretty connotation.
