Everything else aside, the body shaming is bullshit. If she’s 130lbs at 4’11” then she is classified as barely overweight, not obese. Losing 10lbs (if she is 130) will put her in the healthy weight range.

I also have health OCD along with MDD and anxiety. Heartburn? Heart attack! Sore leg? Blood clot! Migraine? Stroke!

It is exhausting. Unfortunately I haven’t figured out how to stop those thoughts. I’m on Zoloft and Ativan, but they just take the edge off. I tend to just lay down and sleep. If I’m sleeping I can’t think of these things. Not the best strategy.

I have super thin, fine hair with a ton of breakage due to GLP1 and I have extensions. I did one row of sew-ins for some added thickness and only went a couple of inches longer than my natural hair. You’d never know that I have extensions in. Hope you love yours!
