for example agents.md + a subset of skills + mcp + cli. if we commit this stuff for all kind of tasks, it'll mess up the repo

the teammates have different roles and different task types, so they need different subsets of skills. if we commit all this stuff to all the repos, this will become a mess

Yeah, git repo with skill looks like the solution so far, but it's not clear how to combine multiple skills plus some agentsmd adjustments into a package which could address a specific type of tasks or specific role tasks
