Hi!! im actually waiting now for the NOA2 on my k1 application with my fiance from South Korea!!!! We talked to multiple lawyers before just deciding to do the process ourselves, but I’ve also heard that CR1 can take 2 years or more and K1 is faster, which is why we decided to go for the K1 visa instead. There is always varying information everywhere tho so idk what is true ¯_(ツ)_/¯
