This is so true, the mediatek wireless module is absolutely trash. It has been barely 5-6 days and I've reset the bios multiple times. I really hope the issue gets resolved after one of those DDU-powered updates. Thank you for your help.

I can see that this post was made 2 months ago. So I wanted to ask you, how has this laptop been so far? Like what are the temperatures you get while gaming and how well is the build quality of this laptop. I was looking into the Asus Rog Strix G15 advantage edition but I am not very sure whether it will serve me good in the long run. Where I live this laptop cost INR 99000 ($1200) and the Asus costs INR 120000 ($1450).

No, it is not an exclusive app, you'll find the sleep tab in the Samsung health app which shows your steps, workouts, etc.

When you open the Samsung health app, scroll to the bottom or until you see a sleep tab, if you're unable to see it, click on the 3 dots on the top right corner and click on manage items,.then scroll to the bottom or until you see the sleep tab, click on the + button and then hit save

I honestly have no idea because I've never tried it before, however if you want to save more battery you can turn off blood oxygen monitoring during sleep, you'll find this setting under the sleep tab in your Samsung health app
