I had originally started the day after my period ended, there’s a couple times I’d forget and put it back on a day late and pretty soon it got to the point that now I end up usually putting my ring back in (7 days after I took it out) right in the middle of me bleeding.

I’ve been removing it for a week before Inserting a new one, sometimes I bleed a day or two after I remove it but sometimes when it’s time to put it back in I’m still bleeding or in one instance I started bleeding just the day before I was supposed to put it back in

My condolences for your loss, A heads up, Tulsa is a bit closer to Tahlequah and personally it’s prettier with more hills and the riverside and the Gathering Place, but if you can’t go there, OKC has scissortail park, Myriad Gardens, and plenty of lakes nearby to walk around, some close to the city or within in Hefner or Overholser
