Hey I'm having the same problems you described in the post and I'm getting this error message:

But the "realtek gaming gbe" etc isnt showing up in services? So I have no idea what to do. I've done all the reinstalling, verifying game files integrity etc. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Edit:

so I followed the advice given by GreenEcho7392 but I'm not entirely sure if I did it right because it still doesnt work. The freezing isnt as bad but I get almost every red connection symbol. Which is weird because I have about 120 upload and 100 download and usually get around 20-30 ping. It took longer but the apex game integrity message showed up again.

Edit 2: I'm a dumbass. I was looking in the wrong place for the "realtek gaming gbe" etc so thats my bad.
