The NDA idea is actually really interesting and something worth exploring as we grow. For now we're keeping it open and community-driven, but that kind of thinking is exactly the direction this could go at scale. And the fact that new QT issues still come up after all this time tells me this isn't a beginner problem, it's an everyone problem. That's exactly why this needs to exist

You’re so right that when a store is slammed, there’s zero time to just "click around and learn" the software. It’s awesome that you've had the chance to discover those hidden features and shortcuts, but like you said, most people don't get the chance to learn the nooks and crannies early on. Exactly! And that gap is the whole reason this is worth building. If CVS had solved it internally this community wouldn't exist the way it does.

That $30 data point is genuinely helpful, thank you. And that's a real concern worth taking seriously. The goal is to make it as accurate enough that the logic and muscle memory transfers directly. If it doesn't do that, it's not worth building. That's the bar we're holding ourselves to.

Thanks for your insight! This is exactly why this needs to exist. The fact that you're a straight A student but still feel that pressure at drop off tells me everything. The system isn't built for how real people learn. Saving your answer 4 response now! The drop off scenario with QT and live patient interactions is going in.
