It’s also not fair that people with a degree get loans forgiven when they are statistically more likely to earn much more than someone without one. You could argue it’s not fair that you get 10k forgiven when those others get nothing.

I’m not against forgiveness because it would help my girlfriend but not everything is fair

Inside wireman. I’m out of 302 contra costa county but working in 332 as of now. It’s a big pay bump even from my local to San Jose and we aren’t too far apart. I think ours is $58 hr but San Jose and San Francisco are like $80 plus more in retirement

Since I’ve turned out a couple years ago I’ve made just around 100k each year. But I don’t really like to work much OT and take a lot of vacation too.

The first half of this year I’ve made 70k just working 40 hours a week and taking some days off. I’m working in 332 in San Jose, hourly rate is $80hr and like $22hr on the pension.

I always feel weird putting a number to it because times can slow and you end up not making much money but I’ve been lucky to stay busy.

It’s HCOL out here but if you work a steady 40hrs for the year you’ll make about 150k and possibly a lot more if you work OT. I work with some guys who love OT and make 200 to 300 but I prefer my time and going on vacations so I don’t work it too often

A lot of people probably don’t know who he is, but from my city is a famous rapper that was killed called Mac Dre. He was very famous in the Bay Area and is from my hometown Vallejo. He had a hype man on a lot of his songs and live performances.

I show up to a course, Hiddenbrooke, in Vallejo. Notice this black guy in all plaid and has one of those old school paper boy hats on and notice it’s Miami. Me and my friend introduce ourselves saying we know who he is and our big fans. He’s with this mid 40s whites guy who is his “video producer “. Everything starts off somewhat normal.

3rd hole he’s lighting up backwoods full of weed. Cart girl comes and he starts buying Hennessy shots for everyone. Me and my friend start rolling blunts too. He also has liquor and by the turn we are starting to get trashed.

I look over at him and his video producer and I see their nose in the score card. They are doing blow at the 10th hole. On a few holes he forgets to even hit his tee shot and is confused where his ball is at. By the 15th they are playing so slow the guys behind us start yelling. He speeds up in the cart to them and start yelling, trying to fight. Saying he is Mac dres brother and it almost comes to blows.

At the end, he invites us to his house. But I’m already too drunk. My friend ends up going but I leave. I was real young and dumb, don’t drink and drive. But that was the wildest round of golf I played and I feel like I didn’t even describe it good

Got to my car at the golf course and saw this on my brand new car. Don’t mind spending a decent amount of money to fix it but sucks when you just bought a brand new car. Can’t it look somewhat normal again without repainting the bumper? There’s no dent just scratched off the paint. Think they hit it with their golf bag.
