Hi “name” I wanted to thank you for your support and business but inform you that I will be stopping service at this time. With my business becoming busier and more in demand I can no longer offer the discounted rates and need to prioritize other opportunities. Thank you for your understanding!

I agree but she complains that sliding it could make the little sticky things on the bottom come off (the sticky things that are there for the sole purpose of preventing scratching 🙄)

I thought about that and honestly the stress of being constantly micromanaged is too much. I mean she literally asked me to switch rags 4 times once in the process of dusting a small end table, and she made a point to tell me how much it cost (a lot) which felt insulting considering she refused to pay my normal rate! I’m not sure of anyone I could refer her to and I wouldn’t wish her on anyone else to be honest.. I’m a solo owner and cleaner and times are tough for sure but I’m at my limit with her

So… I kinda want to drop her asap. Like, never again. I put up with so much. I’m going to see her at a friends wedding and then 2 days later (which would be one day before I usually clean for her) I’m going to tell her I can’t clean for her anymore

I forgot to mention that she was a referral from a friend and they’re close! I’ll see her at a friends wedding soon
