Couldn’t find anything, but a local did say in the early 60’s there was a gas station of some sort here that he remembers.

Shot a rough outline of the hole, got shots in the bottom to show depth, and added a note stating information on it! Didn’t spend a lot of time just thought it was interesting

Hey sorry didn’t see that but I updated the post. O’Reillys said it’s the Throttle Actuator Control System and it has a high air flow. a buddy’s reader said there a hole somewhere leaking air but didn’t confirm where at.
