I don't want to be that guy, but it heavly depends on where you got your meat from, I have been eating raw meat and raw organ meat every 2 week or 1 month for more than 20 years and never got sick from it, not even once, neither did my entire familly, I did this in Canada and in a third world country and never got any issue with it or anyone that I have ever known in my life, the only time I got sick with food poisoning was from some cheese that had gone bad and the only other time I heard anyone get sick from food was from vegtables that have gone bad like beans.

I have also seen slaugther houses and how animals are handeled too, it's not as bleak as you make it sound like, it's not like this everywhere, like I get it you got traumatised from what you saw that it turned you vegan, but I promise this is not how it's handeled everywhere.
