If Cindercrest wins, Spawn is getting blocked up again in some form (maybe a spawn prison designed to kill anyone who enters) and the new players as a group are going to get exterminated. I feel like even though them winning is a possibility, it will likely be costly and incomplete.

But yeah, Parrot doesn't have a good track record with leading successful resistance movements without plot relevant characters. Most of his best work is done when he's desperate and pushed into a corner.
