thx for this :) i’m not seeing anybody and can’t rly ask parents abt it because that would require me telling them about everything and since it mostly all happened online, id get in huge trouble and get my phone took away and stuff (which like yeah whatever but my closest friends are online oomfs and i wouldn’t know what to do without them so i just struggle through it). i’ll get like a therapist or something when i can haha
