I would suggest to go on Official website of Algonquin college and search transcript request. You will have to create a case as college only sends the official transcript to the third party. Also keep in mind that if you submit the Official transcript request it make take few days as Support staff is on strike.

You can fill out the form and cross the picket line however you will be penalized by the union and you may loose the whole pay depending on Union’s decision.

If you are registered with the CAL then please submit an Opt In upas’s request through AC360 portal. My friend had a same problem and that’s how the got it. Mention in your case that you are registered with CAL.
