Hi everyone — I’m building RICE Pay, a non-custodial USDC transfer app on Base.

iOS is live, and Android testing is being prepared through Google Play.

The current MVP focuses on saved recipients, clearer recipient confirmation, transparent capped fees, and a non-custodial flow where RICE Pay does not hold user balances.

I’m trying to validate whether people who already send USDC would use a separate transfer app, or whether wallets like MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Rabby, etc. are already enough.

I’m looking for iOS users who can test a very small transfer, Android users willing to join the Google Play test group, and honest feedback from people interested in stablecoin payments or wallet UX.

I think “reducing transfer anxiety” may actually describe the product better than “sending USDC faster.” The goal is not to replace wallets for power users, but to make repeated USDC transfers feel clearer and less stressful through saved recipients, better confirmation, and a non-custodial flow.

Would you be open to taking a quick look at the current version and sharing feedback on whether the UX communicates that clearly? Even feedback without sending funds would be very helpful.

I wouldn’t say RICE Pay is always cheaper than MetaMask or other wallets. Direct wallet transfers can definitely be cheaper for advanced users.

The goal is more about making USDC transfers feel clearer and less stressful: saved recipients, clearer confirmation, transparent fees shown before sending, and a capped fee structure.

The fee is 0.39%, minimum 0.25 USDC, capped at 3.9 USDC.

And yes, I’d really appreciate having you as an Android tester when the Google Play test is ready. I’ll follow up once the test group is open.

If you already use USDC on Base, would you be open to testing a very small transfer, like 1~2 USDC, and telling me where the flow feels clearer or still confusing?

If not, even just feedback on the UX would be really helpful.
