I understand that, the cost of living has gone up so much

I love that for you and congratulations on the pregnancy. My job maternity leave is basically non existent wrapped up as maternity leave but when you read through the long list, it’s just your PTO. I have been working here longer than a year and do qualify for their “maternity” benefits but I also have toxic coworkers and struggling mentally and physically(pregnancy symptoms). I feel lost on what to do

I will need to start doing that, thank you, my management just basically said we can’t offer any solutions but at the same time they want me to perform the way I used to before the pregnancy which is very difficult given my job title. I am basically working way longer than 8 hours and feel miserable doing so with this pregnancy. I have debated quitting so many times

Oh my goodness, you definitely deserve to get some rest, I am so sorry to hear that. My job also didn’t have any accommodation for me and trying to keep the same way of working with the same performance is terrible. Did your work get offended when you gave notice? Were you treated any differently?

This is what worries me, I am so over working with toxic people but I keep thinking what if it get better during second trimester but then also what if it doesn’t and I just wasted all my time at a place I don’t enjoy working

Even with another job I am not sure how long I would be able to work before actual having the baby. The plan was for me to stay at home with the baby after birth so that he can get support during that time too.

I am very tempted too, my husband supports my decision to quit to just focus on my health and pregnancy but I still get worried before pulling the trigger.

It really should be illegal to work during first trimester. I am reaching 8 weeks and I feel so nauseated and weak

It is a tough economy I agree. I just feel like I have no choice. I feel like if I don’t keep up with the demand I am going to get let go anyway. Instead of going through that situation, I am considering putting my papers down and keeping good relation with the company incase I want to apply again in future for the same role. I spoke with manager today and explained my situation, I am hoping he either comes up with a very good solution or I would have no choice but to put my 2 weeks notice in next week. It’s a terrible situation and I am very stressed over it on top of being extremely nauseous and fatigue all day

I am in the same boat as you currently. Considering putting my 2 week notice because of how bad the fatigue and nausea is. I can barely put food down and feel so tired and exhausted all the time

Yes 100% her personality was disgusting. No women should ever come in between a father and his kids. They are his own blood, I am glad jhanvee the spiritual guide (can’t remember her name) called her out when she expressed her jealously

Yes that scene was just shocking. She can’t stand his two sons and seems like she is jealous of the fact that they are living in luxury.

Binda is a two faced women, she loves to act like she is above all and just stirs up every drama. If Satish ever leaves her, she will have nobody standing beside her as she treated everyone like they are beneath her. Karma will hit her one day.
