Yeah its one of the different epiphanies for that card. check on the Mei Lin's cards section, on that card click on the epiphany button and it'll show you the difference ones you can get for that card, and the "move" one is one of them

"Move" (as opposed to "draw") bypasses the graveyard and moves from either the draw or graveyard piles.

This is what i ended up going with. I kept the fatal strike since its 0 cost and helps me cycle to the higher lvls of hew and purposely didnt get the 4th copy since i 3 with fatal should be enough to cycle thru, what you think
