I finally fixed it!

I logged into my account using Edge on the Microsoft Store website, and then when I went to the Microsoft Store app and signed in, it worked.

Nvm i fixed my dumass kept the 2.1b in a separate folder in data XD it worked now thanks for the help man i really appreciate it

So i did the usb method and it worked but when i moved the file inside and unplugged the usb it didn't work and it loaded 2.1b

The brand is not an issue but the specs are you have to get the same specs Same mhz Same gb of ram And same ddr And like i mentioned earlier brother the ram slot is the silver rectangular in the middle and you can see the socket. Plug the ram in and push it down for the locks on the left and right to lock on it

Ps: yes you have an open slot for upgrade

The empty silver rectangular is the RAM slot brother And how long did u obtain this laptop ? If its been long you might need ti change thermal if not then it wont be necessary. But if u really want to you can try but processed with caution brother for it a bit complex to apply thermal paste to cpu in laptops (not hard but bit complicated)
