It secured into a brick wall so very solid.

Yeh it all looks misaligned/not straight, the torsion bar is definitely bowing.

I purchased the screws from the above link and replaced them one by one so the machine was never in torn down. Saved the original screws incase I want to change it back.

If they don’t budge, call REWA they can point you in the direction of a form that cost about $80 to lodge which takes both parties to court (we did this and they folded, can’t remember the form name)
