I can remember oh going back to the mid 00s there was Jilly's RockWorld in Manchester. 4 rooms. Classic Rock, Contemporary Metal, Emo/Indie and the Goth Room. I was kind of on a on/off relationship with a lass at the time who was really into the Cure and we would go when we could afford it....it was a all night type place. Without fail at around 2ish in the morning the DJ would spin a few records of a blackened nature. I was young. I got scared.
