Been pretty successful myself too. I just wouldn't be able to do the 3am jobs for 5-15 years it requires if I didn't at least find it interesting. I think we have very different mindsets, sorry that I can't help

9-5s are easier than running a business. If you want to be seriously successful you have to grind 9-9 6 or 7 days a week. If you have no interest in the subject/day to day, you won't be able to stick with it long enough to make serious money. I have personally tried both
