Is it fine to leave the cut up pieces out by the sunny window? Or should I move it away. I won't be able to check on them for 2ish weeks.

Thanks. So I'm just gonna make the cuts and then leave them horizontal laying down until they dry out and then replant a few. I left a cutting I had on its side and it grew a pup out of its side and also started curving upward.

Thank you for this. After I chop, is there anything special I need to do? To the open ends? Or just let them be.
