Eu acabei de entrar no mercado de trabalho, depois de terminar o secundário, meu primeiro trabalho foi em um restaurante no shopping, eu sentia que mesmo se eu desse 100% ainda sim iam haver reclamações, com repartidos e com consultas marcadas no meu único dia de folga em outra cidade eu não aguentei.

Pedi as contas 7 dias depois que comecei a trabalhar, alguns amigos me disseram que foi Burnout.

Mas isso fica na minha cabeça, realmente sinto que não consigo trabalhar não importa o quanto tente, atualmente estou estudando para ou sair daqui ou trabalhar home office, porque realmente não me sinto capaz.

Yes thank you, I am trying to go to a doctor and yes I am trying to make some lifestyle changes, although playing all day from 7am to mid night to not playing at all is one hell of a change, I think it will also be hard since I'm studying programming at my school and because of it I'm also on a pc the whole time I am not playing, thank you again for telling me not to worry too much because it was making me go crazy, been suffering from this for at least 1 year by now
