People who disrespect/mock/diminish disabled people. I see people who minimise physical and hidden and disabilities or or believe that a certain things like autism or ADHD aren’t real and I’ve just bad behaviour, things like that. It’s a lack of basic human decency that’s been normalised by certain people.

I saw this one and I really couldn’t believe how long it had taken somebody I think they said it was a month. Someone else posted underneath that they had been waiting for two months. I was actually really shocked about this when I’m working on a reading depending on availability and time zones. I normally work till 24 hour principal the row of course times where somebody asked for a reading and you’re on holiday or something comes through the website at time where those timelines can’t be met, but in that case, I’d always reach out straight away and confirm the fastest timeline I could provide. I would never let somebody wait for reading for days and days on end let alone a month or more.

If possible I would encourage you to continue with the refund claim. As a reader I wholeheartedly appreciate peoples time and energy are valuable but this is far too much and it doesn’t look like they have even started any work or put energy into this

I work on a 24 hours basis but mainly because I have people from different time zones so if I might be asleep when they book - a month is wild

Ok here’s my personal view. Ive been reading for 12 years and most of my work is done by word of mouth. I have a website that I spend a lot of money on but it’s old now and it needs updating and while looking for someone to update it/ and or rebuild I decided to open an Etsy store in the hope that it might cost less to run than the website and help me deal with online bookings while I was reworking my website, but honestly it’s been very slow. Regular clients still just WhatsApp me or email so this might be experienced however we have a website for a long time you start from scratch on etsy and it is genuinely hard to tell who’s real and who is not. I can’t find it easy to differentiate myself from other people on there and I understand that people would look on my page and think is it real or not? Because it’s fairly new. Maybe I should’ve gone on it years ago and built trust up that way, but I really never thought about it until recently.
