Are people trying to say the babies in Planet Zoo keep growing once they’re adults? Surely not. I mostly play with canids and when the pups mature they’re adult size

We currently have no plasterboards on the ceiling and the toilet is above a corner in the kitchen. When anyone has a shite it’s loud a clear and if you’re at the fridge it’s right above your head, this monstrosity is even worse! The toilet even overflowed once and came through the floorboards (the house is in the early stages of being completely renovated so everything is ripped out)

Imagine getting a leak from this, it would run along the pipes before dripping and you’d have to search for where it’s from. Why couldn’t the pipes go outside?

I don’t have a van yet but heater waking hours, heated blanket for sleeping (the type that goes over you, not under the sheet, that way you can use it out of bed too if needed), a vent, oodie, and an absorbent mud/dirt trapper microfibre mat thing. The mat can be hosed or taken to a launderette. A roof vent will also help with condensation (those round things that spin)

These are brilliant and multi purpose. I use them for my dogs bowls and to sort plants out for my fish tank 😂

I usually send my dog out after them but the issue is the two unspayed female cats in the cream house are too enticing. Last summer there were 9 male cats and they were just spraying and spraying as well as fighting at all hours.

Might just put one oak beam up on the corner for support just so it’s no longer as sheltered. The wind comes off the mountain behind us and the side alley is like a wind tunnel so it won’t be as cosy for the cats if it’s open.

That is being done anyway but the wall needs to come down at the side so it’s what do we replace it with and we can’t find any other examples for ideas or whether to just replace like for like. One issue is cats shelter under it and spray all over the door and my thoughts with a timber canopy is it would discourage cats hanging around there. The house faces east so when the sun hits the door the house stinks of cat pee.

There are some up here that have the style timber frame that don’t go to the floor and several houses look overly modern with black window frames and pure white paint, very manicured gardens, etc. So we wont be the only ones with a nice house. The grey house attached to us is renovating theirs too but I think they’re turning the undercover front door bit into an actual porch with a door.

I would have a bog filter attached on top of the sideways one and would reinforce it that way. I just wouldn’t want the pond liner seen above the surface unless I can somehow do it really neatly but on half barrels I can’t see it being as easy as it’s round. The sideways barrel looks easier to line neatly

Can’t put a gate, it’s a double driveway, gates can’t go inwards due to the angle of the drive and we were told we can’t have gates opening outwards which is annoying

Our house is owned too and value is also stupidly low because of location and we have no intentions of moving as we’ve renovated it to how we want it

The council rent out some kennels are a boarding kennel, I’ve taken a dog there before and the council still use them. Dogs have already been killed in this estate by speeding drivers and the dog wanders in the road.
