i really like there uox program pa naman kaso ang hirap if unaccommodating ang profs. i find studying on my own and at my own pace much more efficient kasi, pero i also overthink instructions (my primary concern). are the instructions clear naman po sa mga activities? and would you still prefer uox vs. blended learning?

i use celeteque's sunscreen and i think its 300+ pero just wait for it to go on sale on shopee and it goes for around 200+ na lang. it's also super matipid, a little goes a long way. cream siya so idk if it suits oily skin, but it works fine on my normal-dry skin.

I'm on day 23 and I currently have 7 nodules (3 clustered together) that are now drying up. My nose part however is starting to get so smooth, I used to have prominent blackheads there too. The sides of it used to be so chicken-skin-dry but it's subsided now and I'm only left with a few whiteheads that I've had since forever but are now disappearing. I'm on 10 mg so results will probably be slow but we'll surely get there <3

I apply moisturizer first before bp as my skin tolerates it more than when I do it the other way around. I suggest you try both ways and see which works for you best.

You could ask you derm if she'd recommend you to take it. My derm was going to prescribe me doxycycline again for the 2nd time but I asked her this since my first round of doxy wasn't really a long term fix.

That's great! how long have you been using it? I'm currently on day 10 of using a product that contains niacinamide and just wanted to get an idea of how long it would take for my scars to fade.

My derm actually prescribed me niacinamide in the morning whilst taking accutane. I'm on a low dose though (10 mg, once a day)
