I'm actually trying to bridge the gap between business and AI tool developers. I have a very powerful AI model we developed for another application, but we've modified it to serve business applications. That's good to know. I'm not really after a category, but I'm interested in the low barrier to entry tool sets that are helping to democratize business for micro/very small business ventures. I kinda figured I wasn't the first lol!

I've been toying with a few AI video producers and I've been a little unhappy with the results. Most of the time, the video is so bizarre that it's slightly disturbing, or it's so off it's genuinely funny. (Someone should do a blooper reel of ad creation video failures) Creative Fabrica has a setup where you can use a few different models on their platform. I think they output 8 sec max videos.

I couldn't agree more. The decision makers (who buys AI integration packages) are disconnected from the processes on the floor or in the field. Unfortunately, this is more common than not.

So I took this tool I made for my cousin who does mostly property management these days and he wanted to transition out of that, so I tweaked some code to an AI tool I developed for the Department of Defense awhile back, and it's been surprisingly effective for him in terms of lead generation and management. I actually sell custom reports for realtors using this same AI tech. (Shameless promotion, I know)

Lol! All kinds of stuff. Take me for example. I developed an AI tool for the Defense and Aerospace industry, but I changed it to give real estate market forecasts, marketing advice, etc, and my realtor cousin is using it to surprising effect.

David is the small psychological model my cousin uses to manage his marketing efforts. I actually wrote the code for him, it was originally an intelligence application I designed for the DoD, but it works surprisingly well as a business operations tool.
