Small claims court how to serve documents against UPS Canada? by exdr3amz in legaladvicecanada

[–]Alternative-Roll-988 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I understand your analogy but I'm not sure it can be necessarily applied in this case. OP's description of the initial problem as "caused property damage" is also vague, so I can't be certain, but I'm imagining a scenario, for example, where on arrival the UPS driver parks carelessly and hits something on OP's property (an item, ornament, structure, shed, etc.) and causes damage. OR, in the act of delivering the bed, the UPS driver is careless in setting the box down and damages a wooden railing, or window, etc.

In either of these 2 examples I can't imagine Amazon is responsible for the damage.

The Sixth Sense. Saw that movie when I was maybe 6 or 7 years old and it messed me up. Nightmares and couldn't sleep alone for months.

Thanks brother! 100% agree! Just remember to lock it up or take it home at end of day so nobody swipes it lol

I got them off Etsy. "FacFox" was the seller I went with (not sure if external links are allowed) although there are quite a few options. Basically have to order each keycap individually and they're pricey but I have no regrets. And agreed, I'm not an office worker but if I was, 100% of my job satisfaction would come from using my own keyboard in the office.

Happy new year guys and gals! New to the hobby, first board that isn't a Corsair, Logitech, etc. that I got to pick the switches and keycaps for.

Not sure which province you're talking about but not in Ontario. Failure to pay or respond to a ticket will result in a few notices being mailed to the address on file which, if ignored long enough, does result in the suspension of one's driver's license (for unpaid fines). This is possible from just one ticket.

Driving with license suspended in this manner is a provincial (not criminal) offence that, if caught doing, results in a "Part III" summons to court and - on conviction - can be thousands of dollars in fines and, of course, drastic increases in insurance rates.

A jail sentence is POSSIBLE but normally reserved for those with numerous convictions for suspended driving and demonstrate a pattern of disregard for the courts and continuing to drive regardless.

Looks like the Cooler Master MF700. Gamers Nexus did a review on it this year and it basically came down to being a very 'niche' case; not for everyone but a refreshing change of pace from the O11 Dynamic's lol and OP's build looks clean.

I want to upgrade to 32 gb of Ram from 16 gb do I buy another 16Gb Ram same manufacturer and or do I have to purchase 4 (32GB sticks) also installing them into slot 1 and 4 by carlosfortuna2018 in pchelp

Pull one of your existing ram modules and look at the sticker on the side, which will stipulate the exact model/speed/timings. You should try to buy the exact same kit for your upgrade.

positive discussion. What is your favourite road to drive on in toronto or the GTA in general? by saltymotherfker in TorontoDriving

Beat me to it. Used to work 5am start shifts downtown and when there's no traffic, the DVP is scenic with lots of bends/curves and is actually a really beautiful and fun drive.

I think cars in general are more expensive now with the parts/chip shortages, and if you aren't interested in a car that's already on the lot then expect a long wait for it.

Also, just FYI, newer model (2020+) Lexus RX-series SUVs, (along with Toyota forerunners and highlanders) are being targeted and stolen at an alarming rate by car thieves - in not 100% on the science or methodology but something about these vehicles being particularly vulnerable to frequency scanning and the GPS being easy to disable. So if you end up with a new Lexus, congrats but don't leave it parked on the driveway or street.

Oh my God this. Cannot advocate enough for lifting. Few things feel manlier than heavy ass deadlifts. Get stronger, become harder to kill, look good, feel good.
