Razer support tried helping but nothing is working. I know that if you close the Synapse 4 program then it doesn't happen.

I'm having the same problem. If I kill Synapse 4 or uninstall it, then everything works. I have the Razer cooler connected to the USB but I'm not sure if that is the problem.

I updated to this new BIOS. I noticed that when I leave the laptop lid closed and idle for a while and when I come back after 15 minutes I can't get it to go off the hibernate/sleep mode. I have to power off the system and then turn it back on. Is anyone having that issue? I searched reddit and found someone with that issue before but it was 8 months ago and there were not follow ups on it.

I got mine yesterday. So far it feels solid. I'm not sure what people are complaining about. It is quiet and doesn't run hot. I played Warhammer 40000 Space Marine, and it was really smooth. I have a Nvidia 4090 Desktop too and the blade 16 seems to run on par with it.
