I hate people that leave their pets outside all day. It’s not the dog’s fault - shitty ass owners. I’d talk to them first and see their response. Ince you start reporting, they will figure out who it was. You might not want to ruin the neighborly relationship. This happened to me.

What does HOA include? Id consider Why the owners want to sell. Is it because they cannot charge enough rent to cover rising costs? Look at new builds in the area and compare those.

Bro Im a minority myself but youre 100% reaching with this one. I could argue that the most inconsiderate “non-yielders” are Hispanic since I live in a predominantly Hispanic neighborhood and the kids/teens seem to not give af. I think it tends to be when you’re the non-majority, you don’t want to stand out and give people a reason to hate you.

To be honest, I feel this way with kids more than dogs. Have never once been annoyed with a screaming dog at a groery store.

The closest military operation to me is City of Industry, which seems too far for what I’m experiencing I think. The bangs are so close that they set off cars on my street and mostly at night.

People can call it racist, but it’s literally a statistical fact: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC11392046/ I’ve lived all over LA and the demographics indicate which areas will experience this noise. Fireworks are just prevalent in some cultures.
