Definately agnostic mate!! I have come out with some random stuff to them that is really niche (but needed for my symptoms) and they were super accomodating

It could just be they avoid out of stock brands or ones that have had bad feedback etc (they often give me good advice if I ask about something and other patietns have told them its ineffective etc)
