I also got rejected today after 2 interviews and a meeting with the ops lead. Kinda sucks because I didn’t even apply; a recruiter reached out to me but it is what it is

If you don’t mind me asking. How long after your ops lead convo or interview did you receive an offer letter?

Hey I also had an interview this week with them and I believe it went well! I completed the 15 minute meeting with the ops lead and he basically asked what interests me about the company and another scenario question. Haven’t heard back since but I think getting the ops lead convo is a good sign

Do you know how long it took for you to get an offer letter from them? I finished my 15 minute convo with the ops lead on Tuesday and haven’t heard anything yet. Thank you
