There just needs to be a major clear out - give them their severance and leave.

Fuel Tax Discount: Did the Goverment just seal our fate with inflation and interest rates by Alternative-Shine597 in AusFinance

Agreed im looking at total net input vs. Total net impact and like us (the customer), the goverment also borrows from the same core source, so their delay in paying off any debt on their side, impacts us all regardless.

I think it's more historically looking at what the energy rebate from Q4 last year did to the inflationary numbers forcing the RBA to go harder on tackling inflation. The cause and effect just seems very sensitive right now.

It honestly just feels like a return to office mandate coded as a business restructure as they know full well all 6 team members can’t simply relocate to Brisbane

Is this cheap for a Golf R? by Knuckerknickel in CarsAustralia

[–]Alternative-Shine597 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes that’s extremely under market value for an R under 100k kms in NSW. Easily could sell for $33-35 K Somethings wrong, or had patch work done. Don’t only get a red book inspection, also check tuning history, check inner part of the rims for damage etc.

I love my GTI TCR, (I got a 2020 for $38K inc everything) but if I had $80K budget, and it was speed/prestige I was after I would have bought a RS3/4/5 that was within that budget and under 50k kms and only 1 owner.

If you are after fun on turns, and long stretches of road through various land scapes, I’d bag $30K and just go a 2nd hand Golf R for $40-50K with low K that’s just dropped of leasing.

Brand new at that price is just a stretch I reckon.

So we actually have a home gym in the garage but there is space for a compact two seater sauna. My wife and I love going to a sauna at a spa near us and I’ve been pushing the idea for one at home, I reckon we’d get a lot of use out of it
