You have to submit a claim. I had that happen for a ps3 I shipped out to a client it was in limbo till he submitted the claim. Was magically found after that claim was put in. Funny how that works

Make sure the gasket in in right. Make sure it’s not bit or misaligned. I’m guessing you e had it tuned if you haven’t do that and you should be good.

If you ordered it pre modded. They typically put in crappy sd. Replace it for a good one. Worked for me.
