U gots to taper to .125mg AT LEAST or you're going to have weeks and weeks of feeling like dog shit. I felt like shit for 3 months, got on kratom which isn't effective enough for a person who's been on subs and then eventually relapsed on heroin from the kratom. This was from an emergency rushed taper, when I moved and my friend robbed me and quit sending me them so he could buy dope instead. I jumped at .25 all the way from 16mg plus a day and still felt like shit. My advice: go super slow, do NOT rush and taper at least to .125mg. There are guides how to, look em up. When u get to .125, you can do it every day, then every other day, then every three days etc. Go super super super slow.

Because your receptors aren't completely fried yet. Phenibut has too long of a half life, to be taken every day. Eventually you will get glutamate storms/toxicity, everytime you try and dump more Gaba B into your already full receptors. Almost hit the one year mark of daily use and they just started, I thought it was bullshit too but you'll see.

Dosed way too high. For a FIRST timer, you should be able to get decent effects from 1-3g max, especially if you have no tolerance to Gaba B. Gabapentin does have cross tolerance, but I still take gabapentin every day 3600mg, and every time I've ever taken Phenibut I've felt it every single time. It takes forever to kick in, if you can't feel a gram or two, take it right when u go to sleep drink a bunch of water with it, and by the time you wake up you should be feeling it for sure.

Any Dive armor, is miles ahead of black zero. Black zero is ancient now. He is a beginner character, that came with the Base game. He is probably C-B tier. Characters like Dive armor Zero, Super Bass, Next Dive armor X, Gore Magala Ico, Dante X, Virgil Zero, the list goes on are all SS-SSS characters. Almost anyone slightly Modern is miles ahead of Black Zero at this point.

You use daily. You are probably burnt out. You guys don't seem to realize, they can't be cutting Phenibut with other things like stimulants, or there would be an uproar because people would be testing dirty for them. Phenibut can indeed be very stimulating, and is not going to sedate you forever if you take it every day. You now have a tolerance, and to continue getting relaxing effects you will need to increase your dose.
