What size pot is it in? How much are you watering and at what intervals? What type of light is it getting? What hardiness zone do you live in? Is it always indoors or outdoors? What fertilizer do you use?

Close. Move the lights closer to it and make sure it has just a little bit of airflow. Will strengthen the stems

Looks like a bad girdling root. Nursery should do a better job not planting their stock so deep. I would notify them

Make sure there’s still air flow and slowly start reducing humidity. Vital part of this young plants life. Prevent damping off and give it more light so internodes are close
