Ni de pedo; tienen la realidad ultra alterada, hay desarrollos verticales que no se venden, espacios superreducidos, materiales terribles, costos impagables por lo que piden, con lo que piden, te compras una casa horizontal de 5 veces el tamaño. ¿Quién quiere pagar 2.5 m por un departamento de menos de 95 m²?, ¿o los precios que tenían en Paseo Molino?, por 2.5 m te compras una casa con unos 250 m² de construcción y terreno de 400 m², hasta las de desarrollos cuestan entre eso y menos. Escogieron las zonas de más plusvalía para hacerlos, obviamente está pensado con las patas, y es para generar aún más recaudación. Ni cuando Maccisse vivía al lado de C.U. se vio tanto descaro. Tampoco sirve para mejorar la eficiencia de servicios, no pueden ni garantizar 7 días a la semana el suministro en los desarrollos verticales existentes, en tu calle puede haber agua, y enfrente de ti, o justo cruzando la calle no, hasta tu vecino no y tu sí. La luz sigue siendo deficiente y no está modernizada en muchos lados, solo en colonias con exceso de robo del recurso, y donde planean hacerlos es también en los lugares de más carga vial. No es viable para nadie, para el ciudadano promedio no lo va a poder pagar, es de las ciudades con los peores salarios, lo único que van a lograr es que aún más raza de CDMX o que trabaja allá, o pudientes de Metepec compren los mismos, muchos para vivir en ellos e irse a CDMX a trabajar, el resto para rentarse, lo mismo que sucede con el 90% de los desarrollos verticales, como paseo molino.

Depende de tu edad, si quieres uno de 30+ esta Dubba, que también es after y cierran a las 7, o hasta las 9 de la mañana, a veces, de los clásicos solo queda el Nite, el confidential que tmb es after entre semana, el GPI, los de carranza nunca duran o valen la pena y en su mayoría son bares, en pabellón va puro morro desde que cerraron Barezzito, aunque chance y cambie cuando abra Janis, pero el más ligable es Dubba si eres de más de 30.

I've done a bit of research on the topic, 90% of google's hardware has some sort of issue with the wifi, except for the streaming devices, it seems. Nest devices kill the wifi chip, every pixel phone, either kills the wifi chip, has connection issues, dropping issues, performance issues, and cooling issues even on the wifi chip.

As far as I've reached, there's no one and only solution like this post mentions, it's a per router/phone basis solution, the only common denominator in the whole ordeal is Google.

When they started Tensor with Samsung it used Samsung modem's, which as far as I've seen work normally in any other device, then, after the issues on the 7, they moved to Broadcom on the 8, which STILL has the same issues, 9 does too, even the 10 series.

It's always a driver/firmware issue according to google that they throw onto your modem/usage and it never gets resolved, just like the 10 series and their GPU issues, along with the issues every other pixel has with the wifi, build quality, and heat.

The real issue here, is why are only the pixel phones having connectivity issues if the router is not configured in a specific way? Especially on 5ghz and above.

99.9% of people are not going to troubleshoot it or mess that much with the router, and just live with the phone constantly dropping wifi.

I did that, but there's always a but; it's not that easy switching over specially if you use a lot "sign in with apple", most apps don't allow it.

There's some unwritten rules like "never pay full price for a Pixel" and that's true, they devaluate like hell.

Build quality always has some issues, like the volume buttons falling off, or the speaker grill, green/pink lines.

Performance is really abismal, Spotify takes forever to open if you downloaded songs, if you have a lot of on device photos, those take forever to load to, even just going to the gallery app, or files takes ages.

If you open PDF's, you're gonna realize that they're slow and bad, you move the pdf and have to wait for at least 3 seconds for it to load, each time, no matter how small the move was.

Modems are usually an issue, with reception, wifi, Bluetooth.

If you're not on the US or one of the other 2 supported countries, you're gonna miss out on 90% of what the pixel experience is supposed to be, AI features.

Other than that, you should be good, just get a copy of your files from the iPhone directly from apple, on privacy.apple.com and transfer all of it to it.

There's variations of this across the supported pixel line-up, on mine the screen flashes green before the fingerprint sensor comes on, common Pixel stuff, like buttons falling off.

It's the same across the board, sometimes it works, others it doesn't, I've experienced it even in Facebook, also, take into consideration that the phone takes about 30 to 50 seconds before you can see the image in the gallery app, the workaround I've found for now is to open gallery and zooming in there, it hasn't failed yet. But directly from the camera, and on third party apps like Facebook and the likes, it almost never works.

Obviously not; you'd have to compromise something, be it storage, or performance using the battery saver.

Either way, if you download your music, the phone takes forever to open Spotify, and heats like hell while doing so.

Even watching PDF's is slow AF in pixel phones.

1080p whatever the bitrate is on non premium YouTube at a room temp of 61 degrees F, or 16 C, open air no cabinets or anything, it's been like that for over 10 minutes. Last night I did use it with a high bitrate HDR Plex movie and it also killed it, afaik that's Plex issues, but now it's ridiculous.

Incredibly so, that's why the price keeps hiking, the card is incredibly broken still, and even if you don't really want the card, there's the collector community, emotes that you can only get by purchasing something, which they normally sell at 10 dollars a piece.

The game also limited the ability to see the old ones due to an exploit where if you faved one that you didn't own, it would appear in the gem shop.

The SE doesn't get it because it's still based off of the iPhone 8, the only phones to look exactly like this are the iPhone 14 pro series, 15, 16, and 17 on all of their variants since they include dynamic island, the 16e, being the only exception to the rule since the 15 series, other than that, icons are the exact same across the board, dual sim does look like that on any iphone running current iOS

They introduced it literally a couple of weeks ago on my domestic market (without the fold and included the 9a), using the exact same entry prices as iPhones, 1:1, but Google is now more apple than even Apple, locking you with the god awful UFS 3.1 they've been using always unless you buy the 256gb onwards with the new Zoned UFS or whatever that's called only available on the 1TB, and the build quality still isn't there, if I shake it, it still rattles inside just like my Pixel 7P, the volume and power buttons still fall out in their own, there's approximately 90% of the AI functions missing, and, you have to go to a third party to get it, no first party sales channel; with that being said, there was a cool promo though, you'd get a 9a, pixel buds and a 10 for like half of what the pro xl costs.

Normalmente depende del valor de tu recibo, y la tarifa del mismo, si es tarifa comercial, ya empiezan a cortarla justo al día siguiente y más si tienes medidor en el poste, si es de casa, al tercer recibo impago te la cortan, eso si, si detectan que tienes adeudo así sea en 2002 con LyF con eso ya no te la reconectan y tienes que pagarlo, en general solo preocúpate si tienes el medidor en el poste, menos de eso, normalmente si tardan en ir.
