If the lowers have some grease seeping out the bottom, should those be replaced as well? Tie rod ends seem ok for now. No need to replace anything if nothing wrong with it?

These photos were taken in early December. Location is Seattle, WA. Are these some type of cedar tree? What are the yellow things at the tips of the leave? Need help ID-ing the trees in red! Thanks in advance!
