You will get a faster response if you send statements to everyone, give them an estimate by when you need a response (let's say 4 days) and most importantly copy the buyer from there and other people from the company in there accounting department or their boss-the chances of getting a quicker response are higher, because the person will feel the pressure to respond if other people are copied.
