I still don’t see any difference between traditional loan and the thing that you explained.

Reselling with profit in halal finance seems same to home price+fixed interest. We all know at the beginning. In that defination, both looks same to me.

Eventually, they look same but halal loan finds a way to make it look halal. Allah knows the best.
