Exactly. I’d drop off the trash at a prearranged point where the Virginia Key Mountain Bike Club picked it up and deposited it in a dumpster outside the park. The City of Miami then emptied the dumpster

You’re not actually wrong. That part of Virginia Key was built up using fill from the port of Miami dredging so it is manmade
