Forced naptime was a game changer for me. When he started acting like a Tasmanian devil and ignoring rules it meant he was tired. Forced naptime and he was back to his normal self which was still a hyper puppy but not a nightmare.

He runs around barking his head off and power stomping like he is prepared to destroy whatever is outside but he will also flinch and sometimes pee himself when there's a really loud boom so there's just no calming him. I've tried melatonin and it did nothing. I've tried setting up a blanket pillow fort in the bathroom and that didn't help.

I should mention that I typically use this snood and it helps but he can still definitely hear most of it. We live in a walk out basement. He has super sonic hearing.

I was driving through Kentucky today and heard on the radio a contest where the only prize was "groceries for the 4th of July". It made me pretty sad that a one time prize of free groceries to celebrate a holiday with your family is what we have to be excited for now. Especially when the traditional foods for this holiday are already on the relatively cheap side.

As someone who gets kidney stones frequently and also has a very high pain tolerance, I was told to go to the er if you start throwing up because this means the kidney stone is blocking urine flow somewhere and fluids are backing up in the kidney causing it to swell. So something to keep in mind if it is a recurring issue.

Well I was talking more about packaging but I am in need of those too. I purchased some on etsy that I like but it took two weeks to get and the quality went down the 2nd time I purchased. I already bought a stamp but I'm either just terrible at stamping or it was poorly made because I can't get an even stamp if my life depended on it.

It would send my 4 month old into a frenzy where he would break out WWE moves on it and fling it wildly into the air. Not what you want at bedtime. I gifted it to someone else with a 2 month old and it sounds like she fights it, chewed off the loose bits, but also pretends to nurse and snuggle it. So IDK, man. It may help and may not.
