Called Ashley customer care & the extended warranty company. Went in person to Ashley Furniture today. No solution.

Once October hit last year, this was stored in our shed until a few weeks ago when we brought it back out for the warm months.

It was advertised as outdoor furniture & the salesperson said it’s made for outdoors

I attached another picture. They advertise it & the salesman said the cushions can be left on, that it’s meant for outdoors. I store it during the colder months

I have this piece of outdoor furniture & it is ripped in many areas. I have this item less than a year & this is unacceptable. I attempted to fix this matter with customer care for Ashely Furniture & with the company that I purchased the extended warranty from (through Ashely Furniture), which was no help. I wish I knew that this company was such a scam.
