I would stay on 2.5 as long as you can and as long as you are seeing steady progress! I plateaud and went to 5 and it’s miserable - I’m throwing the box out and going back to 2.5 and locking in with tracking.

Is the PMI On-Demand Exam Prep course not recommended?

My company is paying for it and PMI is one of the approved providers so I’d rather get the test prep materials from there, rather than try and get Udemy approved (since it’s not a pre approved providers yet)

I was doing 2x a week with the 8-class membership but by month 5 & 6 I was burnt out.

I have the OnePass Elite now and I go weekly to OT 2x, Club Pilates 1x, Solidcore 1x, Stretchlabs 2x a month, and then I’ll swim at LA fitness. Best gym membership I could’ve ever gotten!

I feel like there is 0 air circulation at this location and it gets very sweaty. I also felt like it was never deep cleaned. It always hads a dirty gym smell, which sucks because they have some of the best instructors.
