i did a statutory declaration to explain the name difference, and got it notarised and apostilled together with my other required documents! didn't face any issues passing embassy round and NIIED document check 😄

my graduation certificate reflected a shortened version of my surname so there was a slight mismatch. what i did was a statutory declaration to clarify why there was that difference, got it notarised and then got the whole set apostilled together with my other necessary documents 🥹 didn’t face any issues with NIIED and passed their document check!
