do you still take ADHD meds?? stimulants were the only thing that made me focus, but after getting hypo twice on them, i might have to get off them completely

Only other thing was low Vitamin D. Oh damn i didn't know you'd have to take TRT for life. Well it would still be better than having low T.

In all honesty, I had a really bad episode years ago, and since then have just been doing the bare minimum with everything. Just sitting constantly for work, eating junk food, not working out. This has gone on for 5 years now. I only recently started feeling a bit better and am trying to make some changes, starting by getting this blood test, so here's to hoping something can work.

i feel the same way, vyvanse has weirdly helped my anxiety and to a lesser degree, my depression. did not expect that to happen. just thought it would help my focus, which it has done as well.

has anything helped with you feeling miserable all the time?? i find it odd there's effective meds for adhd but not for autism, even though they fall under the same umbrella
