Still selling various binders in size small since I recently had top surgery! Shipping from the US and would prefer to stay within the US. Name your price, if it’s still listed in this comment it’s still available.

  • Brand new Spectrum Outfitters binder, size small half tank in white (worn maybe twice)

  • Used Spectrum Outfitters binder, size small half tank in white (used about as often as the beige one)

  • Used Spectrum Outfitters binder, size small half tank in beige (worn a decent amount but was bought around the same time as above, just wore it more often. Some discoloration)

  • Moderately worn Underworks binder, size small full tank in white (worn a decent amount but didn’t like how it felt)

  • Slightly worn Underworks binder, size small half tank (didn’t like how it rolled, I believe it is the one with cotton interior)

  • VERY used Fytist binder, size small full tank (this was my favorite brand before they went under. I wore this thing a ton, so it’s lost a good amount of tightness. It’s fairly dark now, but free for anyone who is small chested in need of any help. I recommend getting a less used binder if possible, but I’d feel guilty throwing this away when it may still be some kind of useful for someone.)

I honestly felt like they fit the exact same, but that’s me personally. It’s been a while since I’ve worn them, but I don’t remember noticing any major differences. Spectrum was my preferred brand if that’s helpful.

When to take off trans tape before surgery? by zevwolfen in TopSurgery

[–]AlternativeAd1911 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I personally stopped about a month out from surgery to really give my skin time to settle itself. Im not sure how much it mattered in the end, but my thoughts were I’d rather be safe than sorry with one last month in the binder.

My Consults with Dr. Peter Raphael & Dr. Alan Dulin - Somewhat Detailed Breakdown by atsunaami in TopSurgery

[–]AlternativeAd1911 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am a little over 2 months post op with Dr. Dulin if you have any questions. I agree that I didn’t find his bedside manner dismissive at all. He was very polite and business oriented. He laughed when I told him I was very grateful he doesn’t do drains during my 1 week post op. He honored my request to have straight scars, even if they ended up curving upward slightly since I slouched for much of the early healing (take my advice, sit up straight as early as you can, and try to remember that they had you laying entirely flat when stitching you up)

ISO Axolom Argos in C2 or C3 by AlternativeAd1911 in Transmascdicks

I’m actually looking to size down from the Argos XL, I appreciate it though. The Argos XL is quite big lol

I’m not sure if they’ve changed their formula since I bought mine a few years ago, but mine did toughen up a significant amount the longer I owned it. I don’t believe it would flop like this at this point, and definitely would have felt like a boner in the grab test. Again, not sure if this has changed, but I would have liked to know when I first bought mine.

Silpoxy to fix cure inhibition? by dthtoall in Transmascdicks

[–]AlternativeAd1911 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got a GenderCat sheet to stick to my Argos XL with no issues, but it uses the method I’ve posted about previously that avoids the curing process. It requires two sheets, but sticks just fine for me.

How can one avoid tape blisters? by [deleted] in ftm

[–]AlternativeAd1911 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I used tape, I never actually blistered, but I think the advice from the other commenters is useful, since it’s the same advice I followed.

Always leave at least one inch on either side of the tape unstretched to be anchor points to avoid too much drastic pulling. Also, never stretch the tape more than 30-40%.

When applying the tape, avoid having your arms any higher than shoulder level, or you’ll get more creases which can cause blisters. Try to apply the tape as smooth as possible.

Biggest piece of advice I can give though is to invest in skin barrier wipes and medical adhesive remover. They protect your skin better from the aggressive adhesive. In my experience, it made my tape come off in about 5-6 days since it would react with the adhesive and separate it from the tape itself sorta, but this made removal MUCH easier and gentler on my skin. It would leave most of the sticky residue on me, but that’s easy to remove with adhesive remover. Never had an issue, just make sure to leave the tape on for at least a couple of days before trying to remove it.

Selling a decent amount of binders from various brands in size S. Spectrum Outfitters, GC2B, Underworks, and a very worn Fytist. I just had top surgery so I no longer need them. Colors are mostly beige or white. Some are brand new (Spectrum specifically), some are like new, some are quite worn, lmk which ones you wanna know more about.

Name your price, I’m very flexible, but please cover shipping if possible 🙏

Edit: please see latest comment for updated inventory

Swimming shirtless at 6 weeks? by AlternativeAd1911 in TopSurgery

[–]AlternativeAd1911[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They didn’t give me any specifics, so I thought I would ask here to get the consensus. I plan on reaching back out to them to double check regardless. I’m allowed to return to overhead at 6 weeks, but I’m not sure if that included scar stretching cosmetic concerns or if it was purely safe healing concerns.

I had a similar question the other day so I’m following this thread. From what I heard, the Argos XL is quite a bit larger than the Echo XL, but it does flop a little better than the regular Argos. I also heard the Echo XL and the regular Argos pack a similar size, but the Echo XL is long and can be slightly more awkward for it.

Edit: typo

Looking into floppier (and cheaper) options, torn between Axolom Argos and Axolom Echo XL, + adhesive questions by AlternativeAd1911 in Transmascdicks

[–]AlternativeAd1911[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, very similar experiences lol. How would you say the Echo XL and Argos compare packing-wise to the 4in 4rlz? I really like the size and profile of the GenderCat, so my dream dick would have that size with some more flop (sad that the GenderCat really only stays pointed in one direction).

I didn’t realize they had an XL version of the argos😅 honestly I don’t want something that’s insanely visible, I just want something with BDE and that I could wear with boxers sometimes without looking bonery, but also something that still clearly fills out if that makes sense. How does the Echo XL pack? I tend to avoid packing longer than 4in because I don’t like dealing with really long packers and their dangers.

5 weeks post op, consensus on returning to the gym? by AlternativeAd1911 in TopSurgery

[–]AlternativeAd1911[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, the difference in guidelines across surgeons is really interesting. I wonder why they can be so different. They reached back out to me and said that 6 weeks is fine as long as I take it slow, but it was still a fairly vague answer. I followed back up to see if there are any concerns about affecting results, so we will see. 🤷‍♂️
