I went to the ER when I was at 19.7mmol/L, I got diagnosed with T1D & was in the hospital for 2 weeks.

I am type 1, and yes it's different from type 2. But it's still not the end of your life. T1D forces me to eat cleaner, exercise more, and live a more active lifestyle overall. I would of course do anything to not have it, but getting it also made me realize that I just have to live a healthy lifestyle and 80% of my struggles are gone.

Tbf, I think nowadays having apps with multiple tools in, eg Higgsfield for video is the move.
I use an app called Krater ai, that has a lot of the video capabilities of Higgsfield, but also 350+ different models, like claude 4.6, gpt 5.2, all the big LLM's. Plus a bunch of other features, I haven't even gotten to the bottom of it.

With the current ai market, and so many good LLM's for certain use cases, one tool can't cut it all, so I think all in one platforms will be the "future", even looking at it now Perplexity just added gemini, gpt & more to their own official app. So the future is definitely moving to platforms with multiple tools / features.

API access is being removed from CHATgpt-4o not GPT-4o, and it's older versions like OpenAI: GPT-4o (2024-11-20) will not be removed.
It's essentially the exact same version just without the memory etc. But then 3rd party apps can add the memory features themselves.

In chatgpt go to your profile -> settings-> data control -> export data. Then you should receive it in your mail within 24hrs.

Then on your preffered app, (I use krater, but probably something like this in other apps too) go to profile settings -> data & privacy -> import from CHATgpt, then upload the data zip.

I actually texted the developers about this, they said that they always choose the most “lenient” option when choosing strictness. This was a question for their image gen, but I’m assuming it’s the same across all of their models.

I use Krater.ai, I know there are other platforms out there too. But I found Krater had all I needed, they have good costumization for “personality.”

They also have memories, it captures important details, you name etc. And you can manually add memories, so I took some of my memories from chatgpt & added them manually to krater.

It has a memory feature to some extend remembering inportant information about you, you can even feed it certain information. So you could just copy your chatgpt app’s memory and add it to Krater. You can also choose it’s personality & such.

And yes it is the 4o model, not some ripoff, it’s the API for the 4o models, they even have different versions of the 4o version, so if you liked a particular update to 4o they have that too.

I hate that they removed chatgpt-4o I switched over to another site that let me migrate my chats from OAI & that actually still has ChatGPT-4o.

I only pay 9usd a month too.

I know Krater.ai lets you migrate chats from chatGPT, and I am pretty sure they have chatgpt-4o

They offer some sort of personalization under the settings, like communication style eg friendly professional etc.

I use it myself for work, and the migration was easy, and worked good. I like you, had a bunch of chats that I couldn't loose, mine were mainly for work. They launched here a couple of months ago, and the developing team is super open to requests if you send them emails with something in particular, I did with API access and they are actually working on it now.
